At Elijah's Pots, I'm committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted pieces made with care. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as all purchases are subject to the terms below.
All Sales Are Final
Because each piece is handmade and made to order, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference after receiving the item
- Accidental purchases
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at elijahspots27@gmail.com. Your email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If the piece is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, I will review the case and may offer a replacement at my discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address details
If a parcel is returned to me, additional reshipping fees may apply.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as I begin working on it right away.
Handmade Disclaimer
Each piece is shaped and finished by hand, so slight variations in texture, color, or finish are normal and part of what makes every piece one of a kind. These differences are not considered defects.
